Privacy Policy
AGATE treats private enquiry information as part of the professional review file. This page explains what information may be received, why it is used, and how to contact AGATE about privacy questions.
Scope
Who this policy covers.
People who use the AGATE website, AI discovery files, or public pages.
Principals, advisors, or representatives who contact AGATE through the site form or another accepted direct route.
Information connected with ownership, source, structure, advisors, timing, and the function being considered for Hong Kong.
Information
What AGATE may receive.
Name, email address, telephone number, advisor details, and the organization or family office context you choose to provide.
Existing entities, jurisdictions, ownership, source context, banking history, asset class, desired timing, and the reason Hong Kong is being considered.
Like most hosted websites, basic technical logs may be processed by infrastructure providers for security, availability, abuse prevention, and performance.
Use
How the information is used.
To decide whether the enquiry fits AGATE's documented acceptance posture and whether further information is needed.
To respond to the principal or advisor, identify the relevant route, and define whether a private mandate can be considered.
To maintain records needed for conflict checks, source and ownership review, security, compliance, and professional administration.
Limits
What this site does not do.
The site form starts a reviewed enquiry. It is not a portal for confidential original documents, automatic acceptance, or public packages.
AGATE does not sell private enquiry information.
Specific client structures, source records, and family facts are not used as marketing material on the public site.
Retention and contact
Questions about privacy.
Records are kept only as long as needed for professional, compliance, security, legal, or administrative purposes connected with the enquiry or mandate.
Privacy questions should use the site contact form. AGATE Consulting Limited is Hong Kong-incorporated and operates in Hong Kong.
Website forms send your details to AGATE through Cloudflare. A copy is stored in AGATE's website enquiry database before an email notification is sent to its team. This helps retain your enquiry if notification delivery is delayed. Do not submit identity documents, bank statements, or other confidential original documents through these forms.
Where enabled, Google Analytics measures website visits and enquiry events only after you choose Analytics. Meta Pixel measures page visits and completed enquiries only after you choose Advertising. These services may process device, browser, network and cookie identifiers. Your form field values, message and contact details are not included in the measurement events configured by AGATE.
You can accept or refuse optional measurement and change your decision through Privacy choices in the footer when measurement is enabled. Your choice is stored for six months. Necessary hosting, security and form-delivery functions operate independently of optional measurement. Infrastructure and measurement providers may process information outside Hong Kong.
